This Zanotti wall-mounted monoblock (Daikin Group) is a compact all-in-one solution for low-temperature cold rooms. It is designed for quick installation on insulated panels and is supplied already charged with R290 refrigerant and complete with regulation and defrost components, making it ideal for small storage rooms and freezer cells where space is limited. The backpack design simplifies installation and maintenance, reducing commissioning time and costs.
Application: Low-temperature storage in small cold rooms, typically -15 °C / -25 °C depending on design and ambient conditions
Indicative cold room volume: Up to approx. 7.7 m³ at -20 °C with 32 °C ambient temperature and 100150 mm panels according to manufacturer specifications
Typical environments: Retail, catering, laboratories, small warehouses and applications requiring compact size and easy installation
Simplified installation: Preassembled monoblock unit to be wall-mounted and electrically connected; reduces complexity compared to split systems and minimizes the risk of refrigerant leaks on site
Eco-friendly and compliant: Charged with R290 (propane), a low-GWP refrigerant with reduced charge (~150 g), aligned with more sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
Ready-to-use performance: Includes thermostatic expansion valve (TEV), hot-gas defrost and optimized evaporator ventilation for uniform cold distribution
Scalability and control: Provision for man trapped inside alarm and possibility to install up to 8 monoblocks (1 master + 7 slave) in the same cold room
