Copper Tubing Specifications:
ACR annealed (R220), mechanical properties, dimensions, tolerances, and eccentricity conform to UNI EN 12735-1.
Compatible with R407C and R410A refrigerants, internally cleaned and dehumidified with an inert gas with a maximum total residue of 0.034 g/m², and sealed ends conform to ASTM B280.
Insulating sleeve
Physically cross-linked, closed-cell expanded polyethylene insulating sleeve with the following technical characteristics:
Thermal conductivity at 40 °C 0.040 W/m·K
Water vapor diffusion coefficient (anti-condensation) 10,000
Fire reaction class 1
Operating temperature: -80 °C to +120 °C
CFC-free
White extruded polyethylene (LDPE) outer film with flame-retardant additive, bonded to the foam to ensure high anti-condensation performance and excellent abrasion and tear resistance.

2 anti-vibration mounts to be placed between the brackets and the wall

4 anti-vibration feet to be placed between the air conditioner and the brackets for optimal sound insulation
SELF-FLAVING FITTING FEATURES:
The metal seal and working pressure of up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems using low-environmental-impact refrigerants, for connecting pipes, valves, tanks, and other piping components.
The clamping ring acts like a vise on the outer surface of the pipe to resist pressure and ensure an effective seal.
