Flexible Stainless Steel Tube 4 meters with 1/2” Fittings

Features:
– Flexible gas tube kit 4 meters, 1/2” stainless steel with 4 self-sealing female connectors UNI EN 15266.
– Complete UNIROLL 1/2” gas-coated yellow CSST UNI EN 15266 max 0.5 bar.
– Formable corrugated steel tubes PLT-CSST with yellow protective coating for gas transport, compliant with UNI EN 15266:2007 – UNI/TS 11340.
– The PLT-CSST (corrugated stainless steel tubing) system is certified and conforms to European standard UNI EN 15266:2007 in all its components, requiring no installer intervention for forming sealing parts (collar), as required by section 3.2 of the reference standard.
– Also compliant with the UNI/TS 11340 technical specification for CSST tube installation where section 4.3.4 requires metal-to-metal sealing.
– CSST covered tubes are suitable for domestic and similar installations for users with a nominal thermal load of no more than 35 kW, using first-family gas (city gas), second-family gas (natural gas: methane), and third-family gas (LPG). In the “bare” version, the tubes are suitable for potable water transport, in compliance with decree no. 174 of 06/04/2004.
Mounting Instructions (valid for both covered and bare tubes):
– Cut to the desired length and remove approximately 2.5 cm of protective coating from both ends, if present.
– Insert the appropriate nut and position the pre-formed gasket on the second wave of the corrugated tube. Bring the nut into contact with the pre-formed gasket, insert the metal sealing gasket.
– Connect to the system or to a nipple with a flat seat and tighten so that the corrugated tube’s collar deformation makes a seal between the two rings.
– Use the provided adhesive tape, resistant up to 105°C, to seal the metal parts. To prevent corrosion and damage, form a double layer of the same tape.
Certifications:
– The covered UNIROLL tube system is certified and conforms to the UNI EN 15266:2007 standard, which specifies all necessary requirements for certification: design, materials, checks, manufacturing, marking. It is important to note that “the entire system” conforms to the aforementioned reference standard, particularly section 3.2, which specifies: “foldable tubes with their related components obtained or specified by a manufacturing source that has the responsibility for design and performance for the kit”, performance that must be guaranteed without manual intervention by the operator in forming sealing parts; hence, UNIROLL is “self-sealing”. The UNI EN 15266 standard also requires the manufacturer to continuously monitor the entire production process to ensure constant product quality, and it is certified with the ISO:9001 quality system.
