Each valve is individually tested at 100% with digital equipment and comes with an instruction booklet explaining the markings, installation instructions, and maintenance guidelines.

All gas and flame returns are caused by disruptions in the balance between the exit velocity of the mixture and the combustion speed. Our valves prevent gas and flame return during welding operations.
In compliance with European standard EN 730-1, the valves must include:
The valve model
The manufacturers name or code
The reference standard number (EN 730-1)
The functions performed by the valve (FA for flame arrestor, NV for gas return)
The gas type (abbreviation) for which the valve is designed

Usage:
Depending on the models, they should be used on pressure reducers, along flexible hoses (tube-to-tube models), or on torch handles. Typically, the best practice is to use one valve on the pressure reducer for each gas and one on the torch handle, or alternatively, along the hoses at a maximum distance of 1 meter from the torch.
