FEATURES:
Designed for use with Fernox TF1 dirt separators or similar filters, this unique inhibitor package includes an active dispersant proven to assist in the safe collection of corrosion debris and limescale through a filter. Protector + Filter Fluid Express enhances the performance of a system filter while also providing complete protection against corrosion and scale formation. This innovative, proven formulation also extends system life and maintains optimal efficiency, while being environmentally friendly. Concentration levels must be checked as part of the system’s annual maintenance service. The Fernox Express range uses Barrier Pressure Pack technology and compressed air propellant to introduce the product into the system. The propellant (compressed air) is not mixed with the active product, so there is no risk of air entering the system that could accelerate future corrosion risk.

APPLICATION, INSTALLATION AND DOSING:
A single dose of this product is suitable for the treatment and protection of large properties (130-liter heating systems, up to 16 radiators or 250 m² of underfloor heating). Fernox Protector+ Filter Fluid F9 Express can be introduced directly via a radiator vent, the system filling loop, or through a TF1 Filter using the supplied adapter. Fernox Express takes less than 30 seconds to dose without the need to drain the system, reducing on-site intervention time. When dosing via the TF1 Filter, contaminants accumulated in the filter must be removed before applying Protector+ Filter Fluid F9. It can be cleaned in situ in under 2 minutes: simply isolate the filter, remove the magnet from the sheath, open the drain valve and dispose of the contaminants, then replace the magnet and close the valve. Fernox Protector+ Filter Fluid F9 Express should remain in the system. Not suitable for use with microbore pipework. For single feed indirect tanks, e.g., Primatic or similar models, drinking water-compatible chemicals must be used. Fernox recommends cleaning and flushing heavily contaminated or new systems using Fernox Cleaner F3 or Power Cleaner F8 prior to inhibitor treatment. Protector+ Filter Fluid F9 must be used with an in-line filter. System or boiler installation must comply with all current standards and regulations.

Fernox Protector+ Filter Fluid F9 Express is classified as non-hazardous to human health, but like all chemical products, it is recommended to keep it out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.
