Copper ACRCu-DHP 99.90 min. annealed (R220) seamless. Mechanical characteristics, dimensions, tolerances, and eccentricity according to EN 12735-1 standard. Internal cleaning and dehumidification with inert gas, carbonaceous residue
Insulation Characteristics:
Extruded polyethylene foam insulating sheath, seamless, closed-cell with very high water vapor diffusion resistance factor (anti-condensation 15000) and fire behavior Class 1. Polyethylene expansion is achieved without the use of harmful CFCs and HCFCs, as mandated by EU Regulation CEE/UE 2037/2000. Thermal conductivity at 40°C 0.40 W/m*K. Operating temperature -80°/+100°C. To prevent crystallization of PE exposed to sunlight, the insulation sheath in outdoor installations is protected by a silver-grey LDPE film capable of absorbing UV radiation while maintaining its insulating properties. The anti-UV additive does not interfere with the halogen-free flame retardant present in the LDPE film.
Applications:
Specific for air conditioning systems and the transport of refrigerant gases R407C, R410A, and R32. Suitable for geographic areas with high solar radiation.
