Copper Tube Features:
ACR annealed (R220), mechanical characteristics, dimensions, tolerances, and eccentricities meet UNI EN 12735-1 standards. Usable with refrigerants R407C and R410A, internal cleaning and dehumidification with inert gas with a maximum overall residue of 0.034 g/m² and sealed ends as per ASTM B280.
Insulation:
Polyethylene foam insulation with the following technical values:
– Thermal conductivity at 40°C 0.040 W/m*K
– Water vapor diffusion resistance factor (anti-condensation) 10000
– Fire reaction class 1
– Operating temperature -80°C to +120°C
– CFC-free
External film in extruded polyethylene (LDPE) white, with flame retardant additives, adheres well to the foam to ensure high anti-condensation performance, excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing.
Features of Floor Supports/Base for Outdoor Unit:
The floor supports are made of rigid and impact-resistant PVC, withstand high temperatures, and allow for quick installation with excellent aesthetics. Suitable for all air conditioner models with a load capacity of 140 kg. The honeycomb structure makes them anti-vibrant and easy to install quickly, and they come with galvanized bolts and nuts for securing the outdoor unit.
Self-Sealing Fittings Features:
The metal seal and operating pressure up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems using new low environmental impact refrigerants to connect tubes, valves, tanks, and general line components. The biting ring acts as a clamp on the outer surface of the tube to resist pressure and provide an effective seal.
