COPPER PIPE SPECIFICATIONS:
ACR (R220) annealed, mechanical properties, dimensions, tolerances, and eccentricity conform to UNI EN 12735-1.
Compatible with R407C and R410A refrigerants, internal cleaning and dehumidification with an inert gas with a maximum total residue of 0.034 g/m², and sealed ends in accordance with ASTM B280.
Insulating Sleeve
Physically cross-linked, closed-cell expanded polyethylene insulating sleeve with the following technical characteristics:
Thermal conductivity at 40°C: 0.040 W/m*K
Water vapor diffusion coefficient (anti-condensation): 10,000
Fire rating: Class 1
Operating temperature range: -80°C to +120°C
CFC-free
External film made of white extruded polyethylene (LDPE) with a flame-retardant additive, bonded to the foam to ensure high anti-condensation performance and excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing.
FEATURES OF EXTERNAL SUPPORTS/BASE PLATES:
The floor supports are made of rigid, impact-resistant PVC, withstand high temperatures, and allow for quick installation while maintaining an excellent aesthetic appearance. Suitable for all air conditioner models, these fittings support a load of 140 kg. Their unique honeycomb structure dampens vibrations and facilitates quick installation. They are equipped with galvanized bolts and nuts for attachment to the condensing unit.
SELF-FLAVING FITTING FEATURES:
The metal seal and working pressure of up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems using next-generation, low-environmental-impact refrigerants, for connecting pipes, valves, tanks, and piping components in general.
The clamping ring acts like a vise on the outer surface of the pipe, resisting pressure and ensuring an effective seal.
